    Two Circles , the WPP-owned data-driven sports marketing agency and partner of GlobalSportsJobs, has recently been included in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for in 2018.

    Since 2001 the Best Companies list has recognised exceptional levels of engagement within organisations across eight key factors of workplace satisfaction including ‘Team’, ‘Wellbeing’ and ‘Leadership’, benchmarking them against all business sectors using extensive data-gathering and analysis processes.

    Entering for the first time, Two Circles placed 54th on the list and Top 10 in the UK across all sectors for pride in the business and values-led leadership. In addition, it achieved a 3-star accreditation status, Best Companies’ highest standard of workplace engagement.

    The last 12 months have seen Two Circles win a second BT Sport Industry Agency of the Year title, and grow faster than at any point in the agency’s six-year history. Growth has been supported by continued investment into the team through company-wide training, career development and a commitment to maintaining a strong company culture, allowing the agency to maintain a relentless focus on quality and innovation for both its team and clients.

    In 2017, Two Circles also launched The Academy, a programme designed to give the next generation of sports marketers the knowledge and skills required to change the game for sports marketing through the data-driven approach. Eighteen Analysts and Developers joined the Academy’s first graduate intake in September 2017.
