… On the sponsorship industry today
The health of the sports sponsorship market now is as good as I've ever seen it. I think what's happened more since London 2012 is that the top end of the market is getting bigger, better and more professional. But it's been doing that for some time. I think probably where we're seeing a difference is the income that's come in to the lesser known and lesser supported sports - there's been more focus of attention on that end of the market. So I think generally speaking it's very healthy. We're still on a bit of a buzz and a bit of a roll from London 2012. And I think it's up to the industry to capitalise on the investment that's been put in and the interest that's come out of the Games. And we can only do well going forward.

The people who worked in that agency - one of my biggest ambitions was for them to be as good as they could be.
